Return & Exchange Policy
At Miyo, we hope every piece feels just right for your little one. However, if something isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not pass our quality check upon receipt.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size changes
- Different products
- Alternate styles (subject to availability)
Once your exchange request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Miyo offers reverse pickup services across eligible serviceable PIN codes in India.
In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to us. Applicable reimbursements, if any, will be communicated by our support team.
Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email along with clear images of the product and packaging.
Requests raised beyond this period may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.
Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer
Please ensure bank details shared are accurate to avoid delays.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
To request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order via email or phone.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Important Notes
Miyo reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
- Limit or reject excessive return requests
- Modify this policy without prior notice
