Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
  • ₹50 shipping charge on prepaid orders below ₹999
  • ₹50 additional charge applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

During sale periods, festive seasons, or high order volumes, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.

  • Delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occur

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Order Modifications & Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before dispatch.

To request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Damaged / Tampered Packages

If your package appears:

  • damaged
  • tampered
  • opened
  • or incomplete

please do not discard the packaging.

We recommend recording an unpacking video and sharing it with our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised without supporting images/videos may not be eligible for resolution.

Tracking Issues

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the delivery update.

We will coordinate with the logistics partner and assist you with the resolution process.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address
  • unavailable recipient
  • repeated failed delivery attempts

Miyo reserves the right to:

  • cancel the order
  • deduct applicable shipping/reverse shipping charges from refunds
